Who Can Enter?
Who is Eligibile for GiveAway
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must own the property where the work will be performed.
Property must be located within a one-hour driving radius of Winder, Georgia.
Must be legally authorized to approve and contract for remodeling work at the property.
Employees of A New Day Construction and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Giveaway Details
One winner will be selected each month.
Giveaway applies to one new remodeling project with a total contract value of up to $20,000.
Winner will receive the project at A New Day Construction's actual cost, with company profit waived.
Any project exceeding $20,000 will require the homeowner to pay the difference.
Giveaway applies only to new projects initiated after being selected as a winner.
Previously completed projects and existing contracts are not eligible.

Winner Requirements
Winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
Winner must sign A New Day Construction's standard construction agreement.
Winner must begin the project within 90 days of notification unless otherwise approved.
Winner must provide reasonable access to the property.

Winner agrees to participate in a brief on-camera video testimonial and project walkthrough upon completion.
Winner grants A New Day Construction permission to use project photos, videos, testimonials, and project footage for advertising, social media, website, and marketing purposes.
